To display or exclude entities and attributes, depending on the value of custom properties, you can use the Filters/custom properties section on the View setting tab of the Data explorer

This section allows you to select :

A CustomTypeProperty with a list of associated values and a selector for displaying or excluding the corresponding entities
A CustomFieldProperty with a list of associated values and a selector for displaying or excluding the corresponding attributes
